How do I place an order?
Call 0903 221 8052, email info@justchops.org or message us on KingsChat (@JustChops). Tell us the packs you want, the quantity and when you need them.
How long does it take?
Daily packs are hot off the fire, packed and ready in less than 30 minutes. Bulk and event orders are prepared for your agreed pickup or delivery time.
How much notice do you need for bulk or event orders?
Please give us at least 24–48 hours for platters and large event quantities so everything is made fresh. For conferences and big parties, the earlier the better.
Where are you located and do you deliver?
We are at LoveWorld City, Asese. Pickup is available during opening hours, and we deliver around LoveWorld City and nearby areas — ask us for delivery when you order.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM. Weekends and parties: round the clock.
How do I pay?
All our prices are in Espees, and we take payment in Espees. We confirm the total with you before we start your order.
Do you cater for events and exhibitions?
Yes — indoor and outdoor catering, custom packages for parties, gatherings and bulk orders. We also set up a full exhibition stand with juice bar, warmers and menu boards.
Can I customise a pack?
Yes. Start from any pack or platter and add extras, or tell us your budget and headcount and we will build the tray list with you.
